This company is a family owned operation that I feel hires all family members who can't find a job elsewhere. You quickly get the sensation all employers are of the "Bata Bing, Bata Boom" mentality, and cohorts on how to pull the wool over the client's eyes. If you express any concern or stand your ground expect to be over-talked by a raised New Jersey accented gestapo. Unfortunately I should have looked for this website prior to hiring them! Their attitude and demands for my personal information, repeated signatures on redundant forms, and copies of my license and credit card make the whole kettle of lowbrows smell like rotted fish. Not to mention the demand of cash in hand at delivery before they’ll unload your things. They promised to arrive within a three day window but fell flat with excuses there was a broken down truck. I now believe it's part of their deceptive means to manipulate all clients. I too was assured at the original sales pitch, that insurance was not needed. They should be providing US insurance from what I've read of others destroyed property. It'd be interesting to know how many clients have gotten the same excuses. The only thing professional about this company is the recorded outgoing message you listen to before they pick up the phone. After they answer it's all down hill like a child pulling their red wagon with your valuable possessions on it.
