This company treats its customers in an extremely unprofessional manner. Not only were the drivers late because they were at home watching The Weather Channel (not bothering to consult an atlas to see how far away from Hurricane Ike I was living at the time), they addressed me in a derogatory manner and smoked while sitting on my furniture in the parking lot. Fragile and arrow markings on boxes were completely ignored and they did not pad wrap my furniture until it was outside my apartment. Because they did not have any shrink wrap with them, they did not secure my dresser drawers. Furniture fell out during the course of the move and I found it stuffed into a trashcan. It took 8 phone calls before I was finally reimbursed for the extra rent incurred because the movers were 2 days late. Despite numerous requests of the office staff, I was never permitted to speak with the owner, or even learn her name or contact information.
