Worst move of my numerous lifetime moves. I originally told Agility representative that our NC home could not accept 18-wheeler. Rep said Agility would use 26 ft truck. On move day dispatch called to say 18-wheeler was on the way. I said it could not handle the road curves. Dispatch said they would get shuttle truck and sent a different mover (Precision Moving and then charged an extra $175). Load went to storage in NY. Huh? Eventual arrival in FL (after 14 days) was by a third mover (US1 Movers) and arrived at 10 PM and weren't finished until 2 AM. There was a lot of water damage..a white love seat was ruined, books and papers had water damage, expensive wood dining table chipped, glass items broken, cabinet door broken and step latter lost. Having three different movers involved is unacceptible. In this era of low fuel prices, it's hard to figure out why a 12% fuel charge is allowed. You can benefit from our misfortune and avoid Agility Van Lines. Overall delivery time was 14 days.
