I was given a 2 hour window of when they may show up for the move.They used every minute of the 2 hours and never called the 1/2 hour prior to pickup time.
If you use this company, make sure you count every nut, bolt, fork & knife, because if you are off on the count you will get charged extra. I was off by 7-same size, handled boxes & was charged an additional $30. If it's not on your list, you have the option of paying the overage or moving it yourself. Prep to the trailer (not even a truck) was scoop it up with an open face dolly & bounce it down the stairs. No shrink wrap or padding. Both door trims on the the to and from unit were smashed by the dolly. Half of the time 1 mover was there, he was on the phone with any one but the company.
I did wait 5 days to write the review, to calm down from the bad moving experience.
Never again.
