The communication is terrible. The pick up was confirmed then changed 3 different times. I never got a straight answer from the company. On the delivery end, once again, communication was terrible. Left 2 messages at customer service no return call. Was told Frank, the main man, would call and he never did either. Been in limbo on both ends. They said they would compensate me for the pick up tardiness as we had to pay a fee at apt for moving out a day late. The compensation was never given. As of this date we still have not heard from them nor have we seen our belongings. And since no one returns calls we are stuck. Clearly they cannot adhere to time lines nor do they care about their customers peace of mind. Hiring a moving company (as opposed to moving yourself with uhaul)is supposed to take the stress away from moving. NOT WITH THIS COMPANY!
