We moved into our new home the first week of July and have now got a chance to post our experience with america's moving services. We moved from Brighton to Phoenix and chose them for their reviews and customer service. Every time I called I got someone on the phone and not an answering service. All of my emails were answered and all questions were responded to. The move itself was great, Craig and Richard did the pick up and loaded everything, packing 72 boxes assorted and pad wrapped all furniture. The time from pick up to delivery was 11 days and in those 11 days on the truck, there were no damages other than a box full of linens was crushed (no damages really) Pricing was pretty on point the original estimate was $7,460 and they had to pack more boxes then originally we thought but the weight was less so the total was around 400 more. Great company to deal with and always acessible.
