Deceptive, Unresponsive. DO NOT USE!

Joseph assured us our things could fit in a small space, and estimated $780. He assured us there would be no further charges. After our stuff was loaded, we were informed that we used more than twice the estimated space, at more than twice the estimated cost. In addition, they charged $200 for materials.
We tried to get them to return our stuff later that day, but they informed us it would cost us 70% of the total cost to return it.
Customer service did not return our calls for almost a week. When they did, they offered no help, just recommended "make a formal complaint." I did, and the head of the company, Lindsey LaBelle, responded "this is the way it's done."
I have moved over a dozen times, and never experienced the deceptive pricing and unresponsive customer service of this company.
Do not trust them! Do not use them!
