First I would like to say that I would use americas moving services again and I would and will recommend them to other people moving. Our only reservation was with the amount of time that elapsed from the time of pick-up to the delivery. The distance from Hartford to Boise was only 2,500 miles and we made the trip in our car in only 9 days and it took them 12 days to deliver which we found a little excessive considering the weight of our shipment was 18,000 lbs. Maybe it's a little obsurd to think the delivery should have arrived faster than we did becuase these guys drive for a living but we had hoped it would be a week or 8 or even 9 days. Besides that, the move was perfect and the driver Tim was a complete gentleman and true professional. I'm not being difficult but just thought 12 days was a little too long.
