Please do not use this company. It's a scam.
1) They don't take credit cards - they tell you do and then the movers demand cash once the truck is loaded. Its a scam.
2) They told me they would be at my house at 8 am on the day of the move. The day before the move they call to tell me it would be anywhere from 2 - 4 PM. They finally showed up at 6:30 pm.
3) They are not careful with items.
4) They charged me and additional $400 for walking down a short drive way.
5) I did a detailed estimate over the phone - cost should have been about $1,000. The move ended up costong me $2000.
5) I told them I would be able accept delivery after 2/28. On 2/14 they started hassling me about delivering early which I ended up doing to get them off my back. I had to pay for storage in Boston - they promised one month free storage. Not true.
6) They were supposed to weigh my load - they never told me the actual weight - even though I called. They told me it must have been under the estimate because they would have charged me more if it wasn't. At that point, they had my money, so I gave up.
You have been warned - do not use this company.
