| Review: | I used metro and it was a wonderful experience... they where on time an didnt over change me for nothing... do u want to know Y???? I READ THE CONTRACTS AND I ASK QUESTIONS... IT IS NOT THE COMPANIES FAULT FOR BAD JUDGMENT DUE TO CUSTOMERS NEGLIGENCE ........ WHEN YOU ARE SPENDING MONEY, AND A LARGE AMOUNT... AND YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS ARE BEING MOVED BY COMPLETE STRANGERS IT WOULD BE SMART TO ASK QUESTIONS AND CONFIRM EVERY THING IN THE ESTIMATE.... I SEE ALOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW THEY GOT CHARGED FOR MATERIALS.... IT STATES CLEARLY IN THE (CONTRACT) THAT MATERIALS ARE (NOT) INCLUDED SO IF U GOT CHARGED FOR MATERIALS ITS YOUR OWN FAULT... THE SALES REP SPECIFICALLY TOLD ME THAT IF I PROVIDED MY OWN MATERIALS THEY MOVERS WOULD PACK FOR ME.... (AND THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID) WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE --BECAUSE I ASKED QUESTIONS A I LISTEN TO THE REP AND I OVER READ THE CONTRACT... SO NEXT TIME YOU WANT TO BLAME SOMEBODY.... BLAME YOUR SELF FOR NOT BEING PERSIS........ (READ CONTRACTS AND ASK QUESTIONS) IT WILL SAVE U ALOT OF TROUBLE IN THE END FOR JUST BEING SMART AN OVER LOOKING EVERY ASPECT |
