Dear Howard,
Finally, I have stolen a moment to rave about my move with you! Michael Martin was a gem from the first call
which means quite alot. You both were especially wonderful when things got off to an odd start with the auto
movers.
Old Baymeadows was fabulous! Rich, like Michael, was great to work with from the first call. Again, I cannot tell
you what that meant. Rich arrived as planned with a team of three fellows that packed, loaded, transported, and
unloaded our belongings. That one team handled the move was a dream. That the team was simply wonderful
was astounding. I could not have asked for more! They became part of the family, which went a long way for all
of us, especially the children, as we embarked on such a far away adventure! This proved to be especially helpful
when my youngest became quite ill and my departure west was delayed. My delay put pressure on the team
to keep to their schedule. They were able to unload double quick once Paul and I arrived as they were familiar
with where everything went. Amazing!
This cross country move was made painless. And that, as they say, is priceless.
Please know I rave about you to everyone!! And I will definitely be a loyal customer!!
