This was my first experience using a moving service. After doing research online, like most people I am sure, I was really worried about the outcome of contracting a company. I read horror stories of all kinds, but I did find good reviews on America's Moving Service (AMS). Out of 45, there were only 2 bad ones.
My moving experience began with an online request for a quote. Shortly after, I received a call from Demetrius McIntosh. Demetrius is a polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional customer service representative. He answered all of my questions, and did not guess if he did not know an answer. Instead, he called me back or e-mailed the right information. The estimate he gave, based on the accuracy of information I gave him, only went over only $100. The company used by Demetrius or AMS, Able Moving from Chicago, is superb.
Mr. Howard, please do whatever you need to do to let Demetrius know he is as valuable to your company, as I am sure many customers consider him to be.
