| Review: | I saw the 'good' reviews and decided to hire them for my move from Dallas, TX to Minneapolis, MN. Now it looks like all these reviews might be fabricated. Here are the things why I feel this company should not be rated so high:
1. First, the movers picked my stuff at scheduled time and delivery was on time. But then, all my household stuff was mixed with that of other people. One box in front of trailer and other in middle and then other at back. Finally I missed some stuff which they sent to me after a month. But guess what, there was another package containing old pictures of some other family. it has been more than 4 months and they have not been able to find out the owner of this pictures.
2. I was charged for a full service that included packing and packing materials. Movers themselves accepted that they were not good at packing and they "Did not like it". We ended up directing them for packing everything properly in proper boxes
3. Despite mentioning that I have a 27 inch CRT TV and need the box for it, movers brought the box sufficient for 24 inch TV. I was assured that the TV would later be packed in a proper sized box, but that did not happen. I was given a refund of $20 by movers for this. I expected the service and not a refund.

5. I was told that my mattresses will be packed in mattress bags before moving out of Dallas, TX. Mattresses arrived open. On enquiry, I was told that since they placed the mattresses on top of all the stuff, they did not need any mattress bags.
6. When my things arrived, they were mixed with the household stuff of someone else. At the end of move, the movers were looking into every coner of the trailer for my stuff. This lead to the unpleasant experience of one missing carton that I received after a month.
7. After spending more than 4 hours in communication trying to locate my missing package, I received my stuff in unusable condition. I know that their value is not enough to claim the insurance, but it is a bad experience.
8. After dealing with a moving broker with such a high rating on referral website, I did not expect any communication problems with the movers. But it turned out to be otherwise.
9. I did not receive my invoice immediately after move. I had to ask for it almost 10 times before I could get the proper invoice. Never knew it was such a new thing for this company. |

He is absolutely correct with certain parts of the review. The driver did show up to his residence without packing supplies due to the fact that the client that was picked up before him had much more packing than originally stated so he did run out of supplies and what Mr. Potdar failed to mention was that they did run to Home Depot to pick up supplies to pack the move and we did apologize for the inconvenience. As far as the television mentioned several times, it was packed and secured prior to the movers heading to Minnesota and I read nowhere in this review that the client was overcharged, had damages only that he was not pleased that they showed up without the proper materials which was handled immediately. We were never contacted in regards to the missing box and considering that it was 4 months ago it may be hard to locate the box in question but I would be more than happy to discuss this with the client and try to remedy the situation. I apologize for the inconvenience and will try to contact the client.
