| Response: | In response to Steves review, it is a fairly accurate account of what transpired. The delivery dates were mixed up on the drivers end and there was a miscommunicated delivery date on the dispatch end which resulted in having to handle the shipment twice and when the truck was reloaded there were a few damages during that process. Although most of the damages were minor, they were damaged nonetheless and for that we apologize. While we have less than a 1% damage rate, occassionaly during transport some damages do occur. In this instance, the client is being handled by the claims department and we are confident the matter will be handled to his satisfaction. He has been contacted and will be reimbursed accordingly.
