| Review: | I was referred to this company by a friend who had used their services earlier this year for a corporate move and he spoke very highly of them and also posted a review for them as well. I moved from Baltimore to Colorado Springs and also had a corporate paid relocation which paid for the packing, moving and automobile transport for my wifes vehicle and all was set up through americas moving company. I initially spoke with howard the owner several times over a few calls and after he explained everything I needed to know about moving in general he transferred me to Eric Witteborg who completed my reservation and also walked me through the steps and process. We agreed on a 2 day pick up timeframe for December the 10th or 11th and delivery had to be between december 18th and 22nd so I could get situated, enjoy the holidays, and be ready to start work a few days later. the mover Kevin did my pick up on the 11th early am and advised me that he figured he would arrive in Colorado around the 20th or 21st so he could be back home in Carolina to spend the holidays with his family. He did an A+ job in every aspect from packing to loading and the unloading which he arrived to do on the 20th. My weight estimate was for 9,240 pounds with $1,950 worth of packing to be supplied and done by them. My company alotted me 10k for the move including the automobile which I was quoted $7,100.00 total. My actual price was $7,300 due to additional weight and I gave Kevin a $700.00 gratuity due to the holidays and the fact that he accomplished exactly what I needed and was great about it. In closing, I not only have already referred a family member to their company but will do so in the future for the perfectly executed move done by americas moving services and their partner automobile transport service that moved my wifes car without missing a beat.
