When we booked moving reservations with nations choice, Jeremy told us that our move although only going 680 miles that we would have to expect anywhere from 2-5 days for delivery because it was a tractor trailer doing the pick up and that was their anticipated timeframe. Since this was our first move we had no clue about regulations and really thought that they loaded the truck and headed right to Missouri which isn't the case. We prepared for a weeks worth of clothing and other neccessities just in case as recommended by Jeremy. when the truckers got to Boulder first thing in the mornign they walked through the house with us and to our surprise they said they would be shocked if we even weighed close to our 9,000 lb. estimate and we should really be underweight which was a very good sign. After loading the truck driver, Mike went to the weighing station and called us about 2 hours later and said "I was right, you are underweight by 900 lbs. and the dispatcher would contact us with our new balance and that it should go down since we were under the estimate....great news!!!! Brian from Nations Choice contacted us the next morning and let us know that we owed almost $300.00 less than our estimate. Next surprise was that Mike called and said he would be at our new home by 4:30 or 5:00 that day. So not only did we owe less money but the driver delivered us next day. We are so happy to have chosen this company because everything was perfect literally. No damages, fast delivery, and less money!!! We very much recommend this company for moving.
