I was moving from North Dakota to Massachusetts. Everything was planned before two months. The moving company I appointed was good to deal with. They were in touch prior to the final moving day. The story becomes interesting on the final action day. The preface was good. The moving company was supposed to arrive at 7 am. Called them up at 7.28am nobody bothered to answer the call. Contacted Lightning Van Lines who had called us earlier, probably 4 months ago and we rejected at that time. At about 11.00am I called Lightning Van Lines . Explained them the current situation. They promised to be at my door at 4 pm. But they arrived at 3.40 pm. The work was over by 8 pm. I did not have to think back after that. They were very professional and kind. They helped me bigtime.
