My items were picked up on June 7th of this year and my only complaint which to me is a big deal was the delivery timeframe was to be between 3 and 7 days and it actually took 13 days. When the items arrived to my new apartment everything was fine which is the most important thing but the fact that I had to wait an additional 6 days without certain neccessities was very disconcerting to me. They credited me $200.00 which was reasonable but I thought it should have been more. In the grand scheme of things, the drivers were nice enough and the office returned all of my calls and communicated with me about the delays but I still think 13 days is a long time.
