My move was a little rocky to begin but ended up very well. My FIRST day for picking up my belongings was supposed to be June 10th and the fall back day was supposed to be the 11th. The driver called me on the 9th telling me he was running a day ahead of schedule and he would be picking me up on the 9th which was a day early and I told him I would not be ready until the 11th because I still had alot of packing to do and he said he would help me pack to be ready in time. I was not easy going early but he was insistant. I called the office and spoke with Eric who was my original sales rep and he said "I'll take care of it right away" I had not heard back from him and finally after an hour of waiting I called back and he told me that the dispatcher was on the phone with the driver trying to get it worked out right now and he would contact me right back. About a half hour later the dispatcher Howard called me back and let me know that the drver could either come on the 9th or he would try to dispatch another driver on the 10th or 11th but he was not sure if he could get it done and if I could accomodate hime by going on the 9th they would compensate my $200.00 towards any packing that the driver would help me with. I agreed and I am glad that I did. My driver Jake was amazing and helped pack over 30 boxes and only charged me $150.00 so in reality they cut me a $450.00 deal and I didn't have to do all the tedious packing I expected to do. I am very happy overall with the move although the initial call to have to move early was quite nerveracking it could not have ended up better.
