We had many miscommunications along the way as my pick-up dates were supposed to be May 1st or 2nd and when my representitive from America's Moving Services contacted me they said the truck would be here on the 4th between 8 and 12 and that was never reiterrated to me until the 2nd when I expected the truck on that day. I was furious at first and when I read my paperwork I fund that I/they never changed my date to the 1st or 2nd and maybe it wa my fault but it was still a miscommunication. They did what they could and juggled their scheduling for me and told me that they could re-route a truck and have someone at my house the next day (the 3rd) between 2pm and 6pm and that they would also compensate me $100.00 for the inconvenience. From there on it was very smooth and the crew was very professional and made my delivery in 4 days after they picked up. They also packed roughly 15 boxes for me and the extra cost was supposed to be $225.00 and they only charged me $200.00 so I have absolutely no complaionts about this company or the movers that did my move in fact I would have no problem using them again or referring them to other customers. I found them on this website so I guess I owe moverreviews a thank you as well.
