O.K here is my experience with America's Moving Services: I did not give a 6 star rating due to the simple fact that the communication was not the greatest during the move. I was scheduled for a 15th o 16th pick-up with at least 48 hours notice from the driver as to when they would pick up my belongings which never happened. I actually had about 5 hours notice as to when the driver would be there despite making several phone calls to the dispatch department as to when they would arrive and they kept telling me that they could not reach the driver because he was on another move and couldn't reach him. Finally several hours before the move the driver Martin called me and said he was about 5 or 6 hours away and would be there at around 3pm to start the packing and loading. He didn't arrive until almost 6pm and he did call me at 3 to say he was running behind. Once he got to my house everything was fine and he did a good job but the initial communication (or lack thereof) kept me in suspense and made me very nervous. Again, once he arrived all was fine and the unload in Arizona on the 24th went great as well and he did communicate with me several times to let me know where he was and his expected delivery time which he did make. My price was a little less because he compensated me $50.00 for the misunderstandings. Other than the communication breakdown I must say that my experience with this company was pleasant and professional and I would use this company again.
