I scheduled americas moving to move my mother into a senior housing facility. My Customer Service Rep eric was delightful asking numerous questions about my mother's moving needs and also about the restrictions for the elevator at the senior housing. I scheduled the move and the 2 movers that moved her apartment were punctual, patient, and extremely careful with her belongings. They brought rental wardrobes for her clothes and a few extra boxes for her last minute packing which I had forgotten. Following her move she received a call from the office and even a thank you note. A great experience.
