my name is henry and i was recently moved by america's moving services from minnesota to ohio due to losing my job of over 20 years. I was not in a good situation and had to be out of my apartment immediately and had recieved many quotes and chose a moving company based on pricing at first because price was definately an issue for me. The original company quoted me $700.00 to move and guaranteed me that i would be delivered in florida next day maximum of 3 days for that price. americas moving services was also a company that contacted me and told me it was impossible and that there was no was i would get picked up for that price and i didn't listen. they called me again 2 days before my move and i actually hung up on the guy who called me and told him not to call again. the day of my move the moving company never showed up and despite me calling 10 times never returned my phone call until about 4:30 that day and told me exactly this "we're sorry but we can't get you picked up fore that price but if you can pay an additional $1,000 we can probably have you picked up in the next few days or so" he told me the salesman had priced me wrong. i lost it on this guy and immediately called michael at americas moving services and even though i was very rude to him a few days before he told me that he could still get me picked up and keep the same price. he said to give him 24-48 hours from then and he assured me the truck would be at my house. you know he had a truck to me the next day at 2pm and the guys did a great job and i wanted to thank michael and his company for being honest with me from the beginning and i wish i had chosen them in the first place. they are an honest company that does what they say they are going to do. I may or may not move again in the future but if i do americas moving services will be the company i call they went above and beyond for me and showed that they are professional and even though i made a mistake with getamovingcompany.com i am glad they never picked me up or i probably would have been in worse shape than i am in now.
