Poor follow up on outstanding issues

We were initially impressed with Perry Moving and decided to go with them even though their quote was significantly higher than others we recieved. Sam came to our house and was well organized and courteous. He assured us he would be there on move day to deal with our antique piano. On move day not only was he not there, the crew was an hour late. After loading our house, we discovered they had not been given a destination address and had to give them directions. After getting lost on the way they were an hour late to our new home. After we paid them we discovered scratches on our piano and a broken butcher block. Repeated phone calls either went unanswered or were returned days later. After a month we are still dealing with these issues and have run into stonewalling and excuses at every turn. None of this is the end of the world, but we were surprised at this level of service given their marketing as a family business that cares. We definately will not be using their services again and would not reccomend them soley on their lack of communication or willingness to turn us from unsatisfied to satsified cutomers.
