We were initially impressed with Perry's marketing- Sam came to our house and was courteous and well organized. Our moving quote was far more expensive than others, but we went with them because they seemed top of the line. Move day: the crew were late and didn't have our destination address. While Sam had told us repeatedly he would be on site to deal with our antique piano, he was not. The movers arrived at our new home an hour late- they had gotten lost on the way. Overall the move went well, however after we had paid the company for the move, we ceased to matter to them and recieved almost no customer service. We still are dealing with outstanding issues such as scratches on the piano and a broken butcher block, but mostly we are disapointed with the lack of communication from the company. Repeated phone calls are unanswered and when we have spoken with people they are defensive and unwilling to make turn us from unsatisfied to satisfied customers. This has surprised us given their "family business" marketing. Sadly, we would not reccomend this company based on our experience
