Dimension overpromises and underdelivers. Understand that this is a very small company and that for a long distance move they simply will sub the delivery out to the lowest bidder. Once that happens they have no knowledge about where your belongings are or when they will arrive - mine eventually arrived a month late with a delivery crew comprised of a single person - the driver - who charged me extra for the privilege of helping unload the truck. There are multiple complaints about Dimension filed with the BBB and the DOT has pulled their license for "hostage" violations. You would be hard pressed to find a worse company than Dimension.
