I never heard from the company again. In April of 2007, they took my money <deposit + insurance> incase I had to cancel the service. I was moving from AZ to NY. that coming summer . In July, Eric called and asked if I was still moving and I said I was not sure. I had the cx insurance and felt safe. In September 2007, I tried to call them to tell them I was cancelling te move for now and wanted my money returned and no one answerd the pnone. I called repeatedly,left messages and emailed snd before I knew it the company was out of business? The website is now down. What is the recourse? What bothers me is that I DID research it last spring on BBB site and it looked just fine and then just like that they went bad. How does that happen?
