Everyone knows moving is frustrating and a big pain . We shopped for a month before we made a decision on a company , we put a quote online for a mover and our phones rang 24/7 . we called several companies in Florida where my mother n law lives and decided that we would use a Texas company , My mother n law is elderly and we wanted to be sure we found a great company since we could not be there for the loading part . We finally decided on 2 companys and we had to make a choice and the repor my husband and myself had with the salesperson from United Vanlines of Texas was awesume Tamra was helpful and courteous and she even called my mother n law and spoke with her several times and even gave her a personal cell number (which she didn't have to do) and she called her a few times to check and see if the guys were doing a good job ( which they were ) I can say this is the best experience we have had and we had heard all the horror stories about scams and all the bad stuff , you cannot ask for a more dedicated company and they will get all my bussiness from now on , they are awesume company .
