These people are under investigation by the Santa Clara District Attorny's office,They piocked up my furiture on Sept 19th after pick up I could not speak to a live person, I always got a recording that they would call back, never did, When i contacted the police department and the DA's office and filed a complaint with the D.O.T., I then was able to contact someone, after they said my furniture would be here on the 29th of October it arived on Nov 1st. and they were late by 10 hours, the crew consisted of a driver, not a mover driver, a driver, and two guy's off the street, picked up at Home Depot. never worked for a mover before in thier lives.
While unloading they damaged our china hutch, an end table, refrigerator, scratched and goughed walls, many items were missing and we still have no idea where they are. They also stated that we were fully insured, and we were not, we were insured for .60 cents a pound, We also were billed an extra $250.00 they said was for over the estamated weight, never showed us a weigh ticket, nor how would we know what was on thwe truck when the weighed.
These peo[ple are thieves, they pick up your furniture, then take it to a warehouse and unload it, and wait for the lowest bidder to transport it to your home, when you complain they say we have 30 business days to make the dekivery.
I would not reccommend this company to anyone, stay away they are no one to do business with. Unprofessional, tricky, misleading, outright lier's and thives, in my experience,
It is November 13, and we still have not hear from them regarding our missing item's we were reffered to the insurance company, they requier phots of the damaged goods, and itimized reports of the missing items, and then only pay $.60 cents a pound of the loss. What a sham.
If I could, I would go back to California and sue this company for fruad, misrepresentation, and theft, and do everything in my power to put them out of business
