This company is a scam. Nothing that they do is kosher.
Their employess, both within their office and their movers are unprofessional. In dealing with their office staff, they were rude, insensitive, and just trying to twist words to try and scam me, that is when they actually answered the phone. Every single thing I would say, they would try and twist it on me. They would claim things were in the contract that were not actually there, and when I would quote what the contract actually said, they would try to manipulate the meaning. My stuff came after 40 days, with a majority of my glass pieces broken, stab wounds in my couches and extra boxes that they threw in to try to boost the cost. Everything that they do is illegal. If you actually go to protectyourmove.org, as I did, I realized most of the things they did or quoted in the contract were illegal. In fact, a lot of things in the contract are actually a breach of federal laws in place to protect consumers.
