SCAM ALERT !! Planet Van Lines subcontracts with other moving companies to move your things. I expected a professional moving team in Planet Van Lines uniforms. What I got was a racist, marijuana smoking driver who ended up testing positive for COVID-19 but of course the company never notified me of this. They only use their name to get a piece of the pie per se. They are nice and helpful on the phone UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After you sign the contract and they secure a down payment you will never hear from them and your calls will go to voicemail/unanswered. I wish I had read these reviews before I used them. Over 2 months later and I still don't have my things !
