Perkins Stood Me Up!!!!!

Initially, the office staff person Sean was delightful and seemed very helpful...until, moving day!!! The movers were supposed to arrive at noon. I'd called Sean that morning to verify that we were still on schedule and he assured me that we were. Around 1pm, Sean called to say his movers were running late and would get to me before 2pm. I was not happy with the two hour delay but had no choice, so I waited. By 2:30pm, the movers still had not arrived. I continued to call Sean over the course of the next hour and half (leaving at least three urgent messages for him to call me) but only got voicemail. When I finally realized that I'd been stood up, I rushed down to my rental office to get an extension on my move out date (at the cost of several hundred dollars and at least one additional day I'd have to be home from work! As I was leaving the office, I noticed two guys with Perkins tshirts leaving the building. I asked if they were there to move me and they said yes, but only if I didn't have very much furniture. Turns out, they still had the furniture from an earlier client on the truck and didn't have space for my items! This after I was given a written quote for an entire (not partial) 10ft truck! Called Sean again but still no return call. Stay away from this company! They have cost me hundreds of dollars and I still have not been able to move into my new place (which also is costing me!)
