Unethical Company and Damaged table with no response/repair

I do not recommend Oklahoma Quality Moving and Storage. This company moved me from an Edmond, OK residence to an Oklahoma City, OK residence on Oct 11, 2012. The estimate was 8 hours, but the move ended up taking 11.5 hours. The movers arrived over 1 hour late. During the move a table was damaged to the extent that some of the wooden legs were completely splintered and broken off. The movers noted this damage on my invoice and took the table with them "for repair or replacement". It is now Jan 4, 2013 and I have contacted them by phone over 10 times on different dates between November and January, and I still have no resolution on what has happened to my table and when if ever I will get it back.
Additionally, on the morning of my move I received a phone call that the company was "moving offices" and "the credit card machines were down." I was asked to pay cash to the movers. I was very disturbed by this because 1) I don't carry around over $1,500 in cash with me and I had to take time out of my busy moving day to go to a bank and 2) this seemed very unethical and I am concerned that the company could be evading taxes or labor laws by accepting only cash payments.
Stay away from this company!
