As I was reading reviews I was hesitant to pull the trigger but overall the representative gave me facts that I couldn't ignore so after doing my research I chose them as my movers. The communication was great, the information was great and the representative helped me with a few ideas in packing. I felt he was genuine and the driver was helpful aside from the crew using the bathroom multiple times it's only normal but I was extremely satisfied with the move. Overall the delivery was about 2 days late than the window expected and that is the only reason I did not give National moving systems 5 stars. Our company will use them again needless to say in our employee future moves.
