I never have regretted an experience so much before. Poor communication, very poor quotes related to actual costs. Some damaged things and when I called to report missing items, no one ever contacted me. Some poor soul called and insisted they had delivered items belonging to someone else and actually called back to see if I found them!! I would not recommend using Federal Relocation moving service which actually hired this company to move me. A nightmare experience to put it mildly.
