first time hiring a moving company and it was the best choice we made. tom and his team were very pleasant, helpful, and always easy to reach. They took care of our belongings, were efficient in their delivery, and pleasant group of guys.
Our new apartment had cheap linoleum flooring and when they moved in the refrigerator into the kitchen it tore a part. I had not seen it but my sister contacted tom and explained to him what had happened. tom came to our place and took a look at it, he was very generous and changed the whole kitchen floor and replaced it with the good quality linoleum floor ! Not only that but the bottom part of the kitchen cabinets wood was not in good condition and they replaced that as well !
They really went the full mile to make sure we were satisfied. We are moving next year and we have no doubt we will contact low price movers again.
