My husband got a great job opportunity in Florida. We had never hired professional movers before and I was really worried after hearing all the nightmares online. Especially since this is the first time we have ever moved away from our home state of MO. We received serveral quotes, some much lower and some hire than Empire. We went ahead and went with Empire and Empire Moving and storage did it all! Took all the big items and didn't scratch or break anything. I had a few very important paintings I was unable to pack up, just didn't know how to do it right. I called Jon my consultant a few days before the move and let him no. He was extremely helpful and said you have nothing to worry about. He added specialty packing to my estimate and when the crew came they were great. Took their time and the packing was great. I was impressed with how quick and careful they were. The guys were friendly and polite but most importantly were extremely professional. They are efficient, funny, and great to work with. I have only one regret which is I forgot to tip them. I loved their crew. They are number one.
