Prompt answer to my request for a quote, answered questions about the items being moved and was given an initial quote. Was emailed a spreadsheet to fill in numbers of each type of item listed which estimated weight and volume and emailed it back within 24 hours of move date as requested which gave them the ability to provide a more accurate quote (which ended up being very accurate). Movers were scheduled but called ahead as they were available early which was very nice. Movers were courteous and very hard working as well as having a good sense of humor. They worked quickly and never dragged their heels despite the heavy loads and the muggy weather. Despite being so quick they also didn't damage anything, it's a month later and I can't find anything missing. I think there might have been a couple scuff marks on the stairs wall from the dolly wheels at the old house but nothing a wet rag and soap couldn't fix. I had everything packed in boxes and marked with room destination and did the unpacking myself so I can't attest to their packing/unpacking skills, but they did have plenty of supplies (tape, boxes, blankets, straps) and did a good job securely packing the truck. They did an excellent job for a 25-mile in-state move, I'd recommend them and use them again.
