This was the most rediculious company that I have ever seen. The owner looks like a stone cold junkie who appeared to be getting dope sick in the middle of the move. All he did was sit in the truck, make phone calls, and put tape directly around my valuable furniture when he was "wrapping " items. My fiance asked him what he was doing and he stated he was wrapping things. He coulden't have been doing too much wrapping because all of my valuable pieces had gouges, scratch marks, and damage. The two employees who were with this apparent junkie were very angry because of him, they had to do all the hard work and heavy lifting. They stated that everyone who uses this mover has complaints and problems. At the end of the day a move that he insisted would cost $560, ended up costing over $900 after tips
Of course I tipped the hard working guys who did the actual work but, the owner who introduces himself as the foreman got nothing.
I contacted the New York State Department of Transportation and this company has several complaints active and closed for similar bait and switch game palying. The Better Business Bureau rates this company with a big fat F for not resolving consumer complaints. Save yourself from getting ripped off. Pay a little more and get good service or do your research online before you use this company.
Be careful because they seem to change their name often.
