Charge for Service Not Done

HORRIBLE Moving Company!!! Charged me for unpacking that was never done. And even after calling them every week for 2 months already, still couldn't get the money back. They charge you after the truck is loaded, but before the delivery. So if the service is not properly done, you were already charged for it. And their customer service is TERRIBLE. They can't help customers, never come back and just say that supervisors are busy and cannot solve your problem right away. And then, they NEVER call you back to solve it. As far as know, charge for a service that was not done is ILLEGAL, but they seem not to care.
