Deeply frustrated with the kind of service they are providing. While booking, broker seemed prompt, approachable and sincere. As soon as they took advance deposit, no one could be contacted. Household items were supposed to be picked up on Sep, 15th 2015 and delivered by 24-25th Sep, 2015 and the broker even mentioned these dates in the supplied quote in order to seal the deal. But it all turned out to be huge lies. Now they picked up our stuff only after we had to make tonnes of calls, after two days to store in a local warehouse in Colorado till date. Now the same broker never picks up the call and keeps our call on hold for more than 30 minutes. Don't know when are they going to ship and deliver our stuff and in what condition!. No one can be reached for any answers now. At least they should inform about the current situation.
