Terrible experience. Please do not do business with them. I initially got a quote from a business called "Cross Country Movers." They seemed to have decent reviews online. When the movers came the company was "All USA VAN LINES" which apparently they contract out to. My shipment was from New Haven to Arizona. They stated that it would be 1-21 days from first date of delivery (which was 7/23). Currently I am still waiting for my shipment and they have no estimated date of arrival. When I call customer service it is impossible to speak to anyone and I had the worst conversation that I have ever experienced.
After multiple calls and multiple dropped line I was finally able to get in touch with Mark, a manager at the company. Mark correctly told me that my shipment was delayed and that there was nothing that he could do. Mark went on to state that " I didn't understand the situation and that calling here again will only upset the staff and myself." While saying this he was yelling at me and when I asked him to please stop he laughed at me. He then stated that it was 5pm eastern standard time and that he is going to hang up the phone. He did hang up the phone while I was still on line.
George is the sales person that I first contacted and he seemed very knowledgeable and nice. Since then my experience has been downhill. Please do not use this company. You will never receive your shipment.
