18 boxes were picked from my home in SE Washingtron, DC on 9/7/2012 to be delivered to Pasadena California. To date the boxes have not been delivered 9/30/2012. I have been given the run around from the ABS staff regarding when the 18 boxes will be delivered. These are personal items that are needed for every day living. I have been told that your items will be delivered every weekend starting from November 15. On November 15 I was toled that the items were stored in a warehouse in Maryland and would not be shipped until Monday, September 17, 2012 and I should expect delivery within a week. Of course, no delivery. I spoke to Ryan to date and requested to speak to the owner or the manager of the company and was told that there is no access to the owner of the company. All I want is to get the 18 boxes of personal items. I will never use the company again and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau who they say support them. With a 3% raiting I find that hard to be believe.
